Since every dress is custom-made to your measurements, please allow 4–6 weeks for production. After that, standard delivery takes 5–7 working days. We'd recommend ordering at least 3 months before your wedding date.

Every order is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If the dress doesn't fit as expected, get in touch within 30 days for a free exchange or full refund. We'd also suggest popping to a local seamstress for minor alterations.

Yes. All orders over £149.99 come with free standard delivery. Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee. You'll get a tracking number by email so you can follow your dress every step of the way.

You've got 30 days from delivery to return any unworn dress in its original packaging for a full refund. If you fancy a different style, we'll happily exchange it. Damaged or faulty items get free return postage and immediate replacement.
