Your dream wedding dress is on its way! At Wedding Cup & Life, every gown is custom-made to your measurements, so please allow production time before shipping. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your dress to your door safely and on time.

Production Time

Because each wedding dress is handcrafted to your exact measurements, production takes approximately 4–6 weeks from the date your order is confirmed. Rush orders are available for an additional fee — contact us if your wedding date is less than 8 weeks away and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Domestic Shipping (Canada)

All orders over CAD C$149.99 qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under this amount will have a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout. We recommend choosing express shipping if your wedding is coming up soon.

International Shipping

We ship wedding dresses worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination and begin after your dress has been produced:

• United States & Mexico: 7–14 business days
• Europe & UK: 10–18 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 12–20 business days
• Rest of world: 14–28 business days

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination. Please note that import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may apply upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices.

How Your Dress Is Packaged

We know how important your wedding gown is. Each dress is carefully folded with acid-free tissue paper to prevent creasing, placed in a breathable garment bag, and then packed in a sturdy shipping box for maximum protection during transit. If your dress does arrive with light creases from shipping, simply hang it up and use a steamer on a low setting — the wrinkles will smooth out quickly.

Order Tracking

Once your dress ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time. You can also check your order status anytime on our Order Tracking page using your order number and email address.

During the production phase, we'll send you updates so you know exactly when your dress is being crafted and when it's ready to ship.

Delivery Instructions

Our carriers will deliver to the address you provided at checkout. Because wedding dresses are high-value items, we recommend that someone is available to receive the package in person. If no one is home, the carrier may leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order to avoid delays.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we're unable to ship to:

• P.O. boxes (dress packages are too large for PO box delivery)
• Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)

If you're unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us before placing your order.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If tracking shows your dress was delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbours or your building management. If you still can't locate it, contact us within 7 days and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, reach out to our team. We'll investigate with the shipping carrier and keep you updated every step of the way. If the dress can't be located, we'll produce a replacement or issue a full refund.

If your package arrives visibly damaged on the outside, take photos of the box before opening it and document the condition of the dress inside. Contact us right away and we'll arrange a free replacement.

Planning Tip

We recommend ordering your wedding dress at least 3–4 months before your big day. This gives plenty of time for production, shipping, and any final alterations by your local seamstress. If you're on a tighter timeline, ask us about rush production options.
