Since every dress is custom-made to your measurements, please allow 4–6 weeks for production. After that, standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. We recommend ordering at least 3 months before your wedding date.

Every order is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If the dress doesn't fit as expected, contact us within 30 days for a free exchange or full refund. We also recommend visiting a local tailor for minor adjustments.

Yes. All orders over CAD C$149.99 ship free with standard delivery. Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee. You'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your dress every step of the way.

You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn dress in its original packaging for a full refund. If you need a different style, we'll happily exchange it. Damaged or defective items get free return shipping and immediate replacement.
